Refund policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate the return process, please contact us at customerservice@nahrainventures.com. When emailing, please include a clear subject line such as "Return Request", "Exchange Request", or "Return or Exchange Request" to help us quickly address your inquiry. If you're unsure which subject line to use, simply choose the one that best matches your request. Returns should be sent to the following address: 1309 S 204th St #287, Elkhorn, NE 68022. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival. If you find your item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you. Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us before making your purchase.

For exchanges, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product. If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have the receipt or proof of purchase. For orders shipped to the EU, the return policy follows the same requirements as above.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15-20 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. If it has been more than 20 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@nahrainventures.com.
